Jane Clark

Trainer and Course Developer

Jane Clark is a corporate trainer and program developer with many years of experience providing outstanding programs for hundreds and hundreds of managers and employees.  Jane has been in the corporate training field since 1994 and is known for her dynamic, motivating and humorous speaking style.   Taking her speaking talents into the world of work, Jane brings a variety of training topics to the corporate world.   With extensive experience creating programs, Jane has delivered career workshops which include Leadership, Coaching & Mentoring, Corporate Staffing, Teamwork, Sales Techniques, Customer Service, Presentation Skills, Image & Career counseling, as well as helping to create and manage a Learning Center for a Fortune 500 company.  Jane delivered a wide variety of management and professional development workshops that met the organization's retention rate during a long merger process and followed up with courses to meet productivity goals after the merger.

Prior to corporate training, Jane worked in the legal field.  As an advocate of "special needs" employees in the San Diego Public Defender's Office, she created a process--ensuring the hiring and retention of close to twenty handicapped employees--which continues to date, to grow and prove its financial success.

Jane maintains a university level teaching credential and was with the Grossmont Unified School District as an adult school trainer for over 16 years. Creating the first legal curriculum for a two-semester course, and maintaining a recruitment and placement goal for graduating students of 96%, led to her being named Teacher of the Year.  As an active member of several professional Human Resource and Training associations, which includes ASTD, Jane is also SHRM certified.

Jane's strength comes through her unique ability to use her business experiences to understand the knowledge and skills her participants need to increase their performance and productivity.  She then designs and delivers her programs in a way that excites and motivates participants to use new skills and change their behaviors.
